The role involves leasing, move‑ins, and lease renewals across two luxury apartment communities. The position offers opportunities for resident events, marketing, and the use of our

Responsibilities
Show available apartments and lease to qualified prospects.
Greet and qualify prospects, follow up with prospective residents, and market the community via telephone, internet, and social media.
Process all required administrative forms, leases, and related information on time.
Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints.
Maintain relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material.
Support the resident retention program and monitor competition.
Maintain a professional appearance of the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and overall community.

Requirements
Bilingual in English/Spanish
2+ years of sales/customer service experience
Reliable transportation to both AMLI properties
High school diploma or GED (college a plus)
Saturday availability (closed on Sundays)
