Contract Sales Recruiter
to support a high-volume hiring initiative over the next three months.
Job Details
Duration: 3-month contract
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Location: Austin, Texas
Start: ASAP
Hourly Rate: $40 per hour (flexible based on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead full-cycle recruiting for 25–30 GTM/Sales hires within a 3-month timeframe
Recruit for roles including Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and other GTM positions
Partner closely with hiring managers and sales leadership to align on profiles, timelines, and priorities
Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and offer processes in a fast‑paced environment
Screen candidates with a strong understanding of sales compensation structures (OTE, commission, accelerators, quotas)
Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring goals
Must‑Have Qualifications
Proven experience recruiting Sales/GTM roles, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
Strong understanding of sales compensation plans and how they align to role seniority
Ability to manage high‑volume hiring with speed and accuracy
Comfortable working in a hybrid model – 3 days onsite per week in Austin, TX
Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills
