Get to Know Your Team Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi‑specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain working knowledge of the health system and regional communities to assist with candidate inquiries.
Work with the director of provider recruitment and administrative directors to create profiles of open positions and develop practice opportunity descriptions.
Maintain data regarding the status of positions throughout the division and active candidates within the database.
Assist the director of provider recruitment with the candidate interview process, including telephone coordination and confirmation with both the candidate and the team.
Assemble and distribute all collateral materials for provider recruitment.
Assist the director of provider recruitment with the facilitation of the site visit for the physician/advanced practice provider candidate and their spouse/significant other, including arrangements for travel, lodging, meals, welcome gift, itineraries, and transportation as needed.
Work with the director of provider recruitment to assist the marketing and regional development team in fully developing a high‑impact local physician website; assist with design, ordering, stocking of physician recruitment literature, packets, and brochures as needed.
Assist with documentation required for onsite onboarding to complete credentialing, including references, background checks, license verification, and other screening as needed.
Assist with candidate reimbursement for incidental expenses incurred by candidate or spouse.
Assist with physician relocation as needed.
Continuously develop and improve upon processes, procedures, policies, and techniques to recruit providers; maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of federal and state fair employment laws and guidelines.
Participate in other duties and responsibilities as assigned to recruit and retain providers.
Establish high‑range work objectives, personally track and report on performance.
Job Requirements
High school diploma.
2 years of professional, related experience in the field is preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, or recruitment is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong marketing, public relations, and customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Excellent verbal, written, and proofreading abilities.
Effective interpersonal skills with the adaptability to work with staff at all organizational levels.
High energy, teamwork‑oriented, and flexible in meeting scheduling and workflow needs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skilled in conducting efficient and productive internal research.
