The Senior Leasing Agent will primarily procure tenants to lease space in Legacy Commercial Property’s owned portfolio of over 700 properties with a specific focus on the leasing of new retail developments within the southeast. The Agent should be comfortable and confident in both cold calling and working with large national retailers. We are seeking a highly driven individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to sell to national and regional tenants. This candidate must have confidence and persistence to contact the appropriate decision makers and the organization to follow through and execute tenant build outs to ensure timely lease commencement. Lead leasing efforts for Legacy's ground-up retail strip center developments, working closely with the development team to secure tenants for new construction projects Canvass possible tenants to lease space within the 700+ Highland Ventures-owned properties Lead negotiations of lease terms Use data analytics to analyze the real estate portfolio create target lists and void analysis Consistently create and manage relationships within the commercial real estate space Partner with other members of the leasing team to obtain new tenants and develop the pipeline of potential partners Develop relationships with brokers in our markets as needed in order to lease difficult properties Opportunities and Benefits

Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales, retail leasing a plus Position type and expected hours of work

This is a full-time on-site position in Brentwood, TN. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Other duties
