OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver exceptional service and support for commercial and personal lines insurance clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns.
Advise clients on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management; provide clear recommendations and manage premium collections.
Manage and maintain client accounts using Applied Epic, including documentation, policy updates, and proactive follow-up communication.
Identify opportunities to round out accounts and cross-sell additional coverage to maximize value and earn commissions.
Respond promptly to client and carrier requests, maintaining compliance and minimizing E&O risk.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines account management experience and a valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty license (preferred)
Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Applied Epic; able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

The salary range is $55K to $80K per year. This role is eligible for commissions.
