What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage a portfolio of employee relations cases, including conducting investigations and guiding performance management actions
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance and effective case resolution
Coach and advise managers on addressing performance and behavior issues
Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Maintain accurate documentation of cases and track compliance with policies and legal requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an employee relations role with direct case management responsibilities
Strong understanding of employment law and workplace policy application
Excellent judgment and discretion in managing sensitive information
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to create and lead training sessions and coaching conversations with managers
