We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Manager to accelerate revenue growth across broadcast, live-streaming, social selling, and marketplace platforms. This role is ideal for a sales driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong execution mindset, and enjoys developing people while driving measurable results. Success in this position requires the ability to improve our market position and increase our revenue growth within our alternative content distribution channels.
Multi-Platform (Streaming/Social/Spanish Programming/Marketplace)
Drive revenue growth by executing sales strategies across Spanish broadcast, live-streaming, and digital marketplace platforms
Support and lead new company initiatives that expand into emerging sales and media channels
Partner with internal teams to solve problems, plan and deliver results
Monitor sales performance, analyze results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly business operations tasks, including sales tracking, planning, programming, and performance reporting.
Develop and mentor team members to strengthen execution and sales effectiveness
Foster cross functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and marketplace changes while maintaining focus on results
Qualifications and Skills
Able to work independently to identify priorities, problem solve and execute tactics to deliver on goals
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Experience in sales, business development, or revenue growth roles ideally in broadcast, digital commerce, or live-streaming.
Strong in planning and execution
Effective communicator with exceptional relationship building skills
Demonstrated success in people development, coaching, and team leadership
Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
