We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join the team at Beaver Creek Apartments & Townhomes.
Responsibilities
Welcome prospective residents, give tours, and guide them through the leasing process
Build strong relationships and support a positive resident experience
Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident events
Process applications, prepare leases, and maintain unit availability
Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and text
Ensure apartments are move-in ready and follow up on resident needs
Qualifications
Customer service or sales experience (leasing experience a plus)
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
Organized, dependable, able to manage multiple priorities
Positive, team-oriented mindsetAvailability for rotating weekends
Bilingual skills a plus
