Junior Analyst – Real Estate Analyst
Overview Lippincott Real Estate Advisors is looking for a self-driven and energetic Junior Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
Work with the company's investment brokerage team to prepare marketing presentations and financial models.
Conduct market and industry research, review industry regulations, and learn the real estate brokerage business.
Conduct investor due diligence management.
Coordinate internal databases (Salesforce), collaborate with third-party providers, utilize Photoshop, and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Assist on special projects as needed.
Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Photoshop.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Access.
Location Downtown Birmingham, MI (100% in Office)
