Partner with the Sales team to communicate the overall value proposition and strategy to customers Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase, addressing any issues to ensure successful outcomes Technically close complex sales opportunities using advanced knowledge and skills Deliver product and technical briefings/presentations to potential clients Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer experiences What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role Strong written and oral communication skills to articulate business and technical benefits Experience in programming/scripting with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, or .NET Ability to sit for up to 4 hours and travel to client sites up to 45% of the time Customer-focused mindset with a passion for educating clients on observability risks How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with observability technologies and tools Experience in a cloud-based environment Previous experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles Understanding of competitive landscape in the SaaS industry Ability to build and execute evaluation plans collaboratively with customers
