Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $44.00/hr
Summary Coordinates human resources activities including but not limited to employment and employee relations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with corporate objectives and legal requirements.
Coordinate and/or conduct employee‑relations activities and programs including counseling, policy interpretation, new employee orientation, and recognition programs.
Conduct exit interviews and communicate findings to management.
Respond to inquiries regarding organizational processes, policies, and programs.
Conduct ongoing information and training sessions to develop employees and provide support.
Coordinate communication of projects including employee policy handbook, 401(k) open enrollment, and recognition.
Identify potential employee‑relations issues and make recommendations to management.
Conduct investigations into claims of harassment or other violations.
Coordinate administration of workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.
Assist in administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, two to four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as part of teams and committees.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
Ability to deal effectively with people at all organizational levels.
Good judgment and sound decision‑making.
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Bilingual skills a plus.
