Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware assets (purchasing, receiving, deploying, retiring).
Maintain an organized stockroom and perform regular inventory checks (monthly or quarterly).
Prep and stage equipment for deployment, including monitors, cables, and accessories.
Use a ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow) to track requests and keep stakeholders informed.
Identify and promptly elevate potential issues.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure accurate updates.
Adhere to time and attendance requirements; reliability is critical.
Requirements
High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate degree or certification in IT or inventory management preferred.
1–2 years of experience in IT asset management, stockroom operations, or related fields.
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) and strong communication skills.
Hardware lifecycle management experience (purchasing, deploying, retiring); stockroom experience is a plus.
Familiarity with IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and accessories.
Proficiency with inventory tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Excel, or asset management systems).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams.
Reliability and punctuality; must consistently meet attendance expectations.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with team members.
Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
