Junior Cybersecurity Analyst (Mindlance) – Raleigh, NC
Business Initiative / Purpose
Transition of Access Roles and Certification Management services (currently being provided by a third‑party supplier on a Fixed Bid SOW) to a people‑temp‑to‑perm Staff Augmentation team.
Role Responsibilities
Daily access reconciliation control monitoring, application administrator support, and follow‑up remediation efforts.
Bachelor Degree Required.
Must Have Skills / Prior Experiences
High level of knowledge and understanding of at least one IGA platform solution (OIG, SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock).
Strong analytical skills for understanding complex datasets.
Ability to write SQL queries, Python, and Shell scripts and pull relevant data from databases and file systems.
Experience creating strategic performance dashboards and metrics.
Skills in planning, organizing, and adapting within a multi‑tasking environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and identify their potential impact within the existing environment.
Plus / Nice to Have Skills / Prior Experiences
Understanding of regulatory requirements and experience supporting internal and external audits, with evidence gathering as a significant advantage.
