As a Property and Asset Management Analyst - Level 2 your role at Linthicum, MD will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security.
The Property Asset Management Analyst oversees, manages, and analyzes activities associated with asset business systems to ensure customer and US Government property both on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. Maintains property accountability records, determine condition, and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Conduct internal and external property assessments to analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management. Responsible for development, recommendation, and implementation property management policy. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
In this job, you will:
Overseeing management systems, policies and procedures to ensure contractual and continual accountability of government, other customer and company assets under the responsibility of various NGSP suppliers/ subcontractors.
Create and maintain records within the Property Management Database
Conducting property surveillance reviews at supplier/ subcontractor sites.
Assisting in Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews.
Collaborating with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, Property Focal Points (PFPs), as well as Program and Contracts managers to ensure accountability of assets is maintained.
Assisting suppliers/ subcontractors in the property management life cycle recovery plans, as needed.
Assisting other team members, as necessary.
Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 0 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance
An understanding of property management administration principles, theories and concepts as laid out in FAR and DFARS regulations.
Strong communication skills when interacting with customers and internal company personnel.
Ability to work with diverse levels of internal/external customers, i.e., DCMA, OEM Customers.
Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge or understanding of MMAS, ISO/AS9100, and SOX standards that impacts asset management.
NPMA Certification.
Familiarity with GOLD, CostPoint and Asset Smart Management System.
Active U.S. TS/SCI security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
