Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and real estate agents
Pre-qualify clients, collect documentation, and guide them through the mortgage process
Analyze financial and credit data to recommend the best loan programs
Collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure smooth and timely closings
Stay current on mortgage products, guidelines, and industry trends
Follow up promptly with leads provided by the company to maximize conversion
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
Qualifications
Active NMLS license (required)
2+ years of experience as a Loan Officer or similar mortgage lending role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and closing goals
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Compensation $100,000 per year
