Adecco is hiring immediately for a Document Prep Specialist role with a local client in Tempe, AZ. Weekly pay starting at $18.00-$20.70 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

This Document Prep Specialist role is entry level. In this role, you will be receiving applications, opening envelopes and verifying contents, removing staples, paper clips, etc. to prepare documents for scanning, and scanning documents into the system for the data entry clerks.

Shifts & Pay Highlights

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm, $18.00/hour

1st Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 5am-1:30pm, $19.80/hour

1st Shift 4x10: Sat/Sun/Tues/Wed 5am-3:30pm, $19.80/hour

1st Shift 4x10: Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues 5am-3:30pm, $19.80/hour

1st Shift 4x10: Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon 5am-3:30pm, $19.80/hour

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm, $19.80/hour

3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 8pm-4:30am, $20.70/hour

Key Requirements

Must be prepared for Credit Check, Background Check, and Fingerprinting due to the sensitive nature of the work.

Must be able to provide specific proof of identity and citizenship/residency (e.g., State ID + Birth Certificate/Passport/Green Card).

Pay Details:

$18.00 to $20.70 per hour
