Position Senior Pre‑Litigation Case Manager (Full‑time)
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of pre‑litigation personal injury files from inception through settlement.
Verify insurance coverage and liability details to ensure proper case handling.
Negotiate property damage and bodily injury claims to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment throughout the claims process.
Draft and review demand letters and settlement packages.
Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters and opposing parties to move cases forward.
Maintain consistent client communication, providing updates and ensuring excellent service.
Mentor junior case managers and assist in training and process improvements as needed.
Requirements
3‑5 years of experience managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
Prior lead or senior‑level experience in pre‑litigation case management preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with case management software is a plus.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Professional, punctual, and team‑oriented.
