Custom Power Unit Systems Fabricator – Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maple Grove, MN. The role involves assembling and fabricating custom power unit systems, ensuring quality and precision in every step of the production process.
Responsibilities
Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Interpret engineering designs and technical drawings.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team.
Perform quality inspections, installations, and ensure compliance with safety standards throughout fabrication and assembly.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
ISO/Quality System training and compliance knowledge.
Proficiency in precision fabrication and assembly techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Welding and fabrication experience, including layout work.
Knowledge of motor wiring and circuit assembly.
Skilled in electrical control panel assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
Competence in hydraulic hose and tube assembly.
Strong problem-solving skills for custom designs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
Conduct test setups and ensure product functionality meets standards.
Operate paint booth equipment for finishing processes.
