This Mechanical Engineering position can be filled at the Entry, Mid-level, or Senior Engineer level. Please refer to the minimum qualifications for each level below.

Salary Range:

Entry-Level - $85,000

Mid-Level - $90,000 - $111,000

Senior-Level - $118,000 - $150,000

Primary Purpose of Position As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll engage in advanced technical problem-solving to support nuclear plant operations, making vital technical decisions based on your extensive knowledge of engineering principles, industry codes, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver expert technical analysis, engineering activities, and programs.

Consult directly to identify and resolve equipment and system issues.

Manage engineering tasks to ensure quality and compliance with design standards.

Conduct independent research, reviews, and analyses for technical projects.

Propose new equipment, concepts, and techniques to enhance performance and compliance.

Participate in emergency response and outage support as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Entry-Level Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) and meet access requirements.

Mid-Level Engineer: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience and meet access requirements.

Senior Engineer: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience and meet access requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Industrial or Power Plant settings is preferred.
