Job Responsibilities
Lead configuration, implementation, modification, and upgrade of UKG Advanced Scheduler modules.
Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, perform gap analysis and design solutions.
Prepare functional and technical design documents, test plans, user training, and implementation documentation.
Facilitate complex working sessions, collaborate with internal and client teams, and present findings.
Contribute to pre‑sales and sales strategies and support client engagements.
Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer within the consulting base.
Track administrative expense and billing related tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience with UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail industry workforce management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+ years of work experience). Associate’s degree acceptable with 6+ years experience.
Bonus Points
5+ years of experience presenting to executive level audiences.
Strong executive communication skills.
Certification in UKG Advanced Scheduler with 2+ years related experience.
Experience working on complex, fast‑paced projects.
Ability to analyze complex data and present results effectively.
Travel Travel may be required, varying between 0% and 100% based on client needs.
