Base salary of $65 - $85k

Responsibilities

Participate in the design and construction phase activities

Conduct existing conditions surveys and prepare architectural base plans

Review applicable building and accessibility codes

Assist the design team by researching products and systems

Prepare construction and bidding documents

Review and process all shop drawing/sample submissions

Qualifications

BS in Architecture or related field

8+ years of experience as Technical Designer for workplace project

Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit

Experience in Workplace and Corporate Interiors is strongly preferred

Familiarity with Photoshop and/or InDesign preferred
