Job Description
Architect and lead the design of analog power blocks including power conversion blocks, drivers and protection circuits
Define and implement the design strategy for a new product family, influencing technology and process choices, design flows, and IP reuse.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between system requirements and circuit-level implementation.
Own the full design cycle from concept through silicon validation and production ramp.
Conduct advanced simulations and modeling to ensure robust performance across process, voltage, and temperature corners.
Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to translate market needs into technical specifications.
Build, mentor and guide junior engineers to expand team
Required Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering
15+ years of experience in analog IC design with a focus on high-voltage (>100V) circuits.
Proven leadership in developing and launching analog products from concept to production.
Deep understanding of CMOS, BCD, or HV process technologies.
Experience with ESD protection, latch‑up prevention, and reliability analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of digital design methodologies and flow
Knowledge of mixed-signal integration and system-level design.
Hands‑on experience with lab validation and silicon debug.
Understanding of wide bandgap semiconductors and high voltage isolation
