Maintenance Assistant

Shift hours 10 am – 4:30 pm

Wage rates $20/hr

JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Assistant repairs and maintains the building, grounds, and equipment and assists with facility projects. Applies knowledge of all related safety and compliance policies. Demonstrates high standards of excellence by communicating effectively, establishing rapport, and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

General maintenance and landscape experience is beneficial and/or ability to learn and apply knowledge of procedures, techniques, and equipment.

Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
