About the Role
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide care for an individual with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on‑one support, assistance, and companionship.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Follow agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
