Responsibilities
As an Account Executive in our Core Commercial division, you will drive new business development, focusing on lead generation, building relationships, and presenting our commercial electronic security products and services to prospective clients. Your role includes managing a defined territory using CRM tools, engaging in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation. You will develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment, participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums, and drive revenue growth by applying solution‑based selling strategies to expand existing accounts and secure new logo clients. Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred . • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach. • Minimum 2 years of experience attaining or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts and/or markets. • Proficient in leveraging Office Suite and CRM platforms to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and enhance client interactions. • Travel required across assigned geographic areas. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and an effective communicator. • Background in electronic security sales strongly preferred. • Valid driver’s license required.
