What You’ll Do The Enrollment Associate educates patients about their eligible healthcare services and directly schedules them with our provider team. Depending on the patient’s eligibility, this role also collects sensitive information to assist our care teams in preparing the right services for the patient.
Building trust‑based relationships is central to Strive’s care model. The Enrollment Associate convincingly presents Strive’s care model based on patient needs, nimbly addresses inquiries and objections, and serves as the patient’s support anchor throughout the enrollment process.
This is a high‑call‑volume remote contact‑center position supporting Strive patient growth through inbound and outbound calls. Success is measured by daily contacts, first call resolution, average handle time, and quality adherence. The role reports to the Lead, Enrollment.
Day to Day
Makes outbound calls to prospective patients to educate them on Strive’s holistic care model and directly schedules patients for provider visits.
Understands patient requirements and leads with empathy for individual healthcare needs.
Asks right questions to gain trust and a thorough understanding of individual patient needs.
Discovers and acts on opportunities to provide patient value, such as key information about Strive Health programming that directly benefits the patient.
Nimbly addresses inquiries and overcomes objections associated with patients not fully understanding the full value of Strive Health services compared to services they are receiving.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years combined education, experience, or certification related to patient enrollment.
Internet connectivity—minimum speeds: 3.8 Mbps (up) / 3.0 Mbps (down), latency
Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience as a high‑performing enrollment associate, either in‑person or within a contact center.
2+ years demonstrated experience building quality connections with patients, leading with empathy and mindful questions.
2+ years operating with Customer Relationships Management (CRM) systems to document well‑written and considerate notes.
