Mobile Phlebotomist - PRN, Queens, NY

About the Role We are seeking a PRN (as needed) Mobile Phlebotomist to join a high-growth startup. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments in your own vehicle, process specimens with a centrifuge, and drop samples off at service centers or labs.
Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens with a high degree of accuracy.
Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
Confirm availability to your leader every Friday for the week ahead and coordinate PRN shifts.
Work a minimum of three (3) days a week during 5am‑1pm shifts between Monday and Friday. Eligible for up to 29 hours per week, but no guaranteed hours.
Qualifications
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile preferred).
Experience processing samples.
Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
Bonus: Fluency in Spanish.
