This role is part of Alcon's Sales & Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly.The Sr. Associate, Surgical Field Sales (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals within a specific account or territory. You will build strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, and manage sales planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and promote products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals

Drive sales, productivity, and performance targets within budgets and timescales

Develop business plans and implement activities like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, and sales presentations

Provide key account/hospital network support and market access support, including referral networks

Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors

Achieve agreed contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels

Ensure customer satisfaction and build best-in-class customer relationships

Handle inquiries and complaints quickly and professionally in accordance with company procedures

Complete all reports accurately and on time

Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives

Qualifications Associate shall have the appropriate education and experience to successfully perform the responsibilities/activities of this role.
