Under minimal supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (user cases). Owns the product vision and product backlog. Coordinates with other product managers and business architects to ensure cohesiveness of the overall user experience. Stays current on competitive trends/threads and identifies opportunities to beat market expectations. Manages requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of equivalent work experience in an information technology or engineering environment.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of equivalent work experience in an information technology or engineering environment in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience.
Experience with: Business/System Solution Design; Business/System Analysis Methodologies; Requirement Management; Business/System Modelling; SAFe/Agile Methodologies; Data Analysis using SQL; Project Management; System Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis; and Test Planning.
Communication skills.
Position allows for telecommuting from home within commuting distance of Orlando, FL.
