Location & Salary Gulfport, MS Salary: $146,700.00 - $201,600.00
Responsibilities
Performing shop drawing and submittal review for conformance with Contract Documents.
Periodic site visits to construction sites and review work for conformance with Contract Documents.
Preparing field reports for each site visit.
Reporting regularly on project status to design staff, senior management, and clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably 5+ years.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Careful attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
Proficient in Bluebeam and/or Adobe Acrobat as well as Microsoft Office suite.
Maintain accurate record keeping.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
