Responsibilities
Test electrical systems using appropriate tools to locate issues and monitor system safety.
Document actions, testing results, observations, diagnosis, and steps taken for each job.
Assess electrical situations and troubleshoot using testing devices, blueprints, and maps.
Maintain a safe work environment by following company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements.
Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts to work on electrical systems in commercial properties.
Maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.
Maintain general housekeeping of work areas.
Bend conduit from 1/2" to 4" as required.
Utilize required tools and equipment for each specific task.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with at least 4 years leading mission‑critical projects and teams.
Develop construction schedules and continually monitor or adjust as needed.
Provide installation direction or contribute to the installation and troubleshooting process.
Coordinate manpower needs and lead cross‑functional communications.
Coordinate or place material orders after competition price comparisons.
Maintain compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety standards.
