Develop and conceptualize mechanical HVAC systems and present design solutions to clients and stakeholders Produce high‑quality mechanical HVAC construction documents Design building automation systems (BAS) and sequences of operation Prepare detailed technical specifications for mechanical systems Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Establish and maintain strong client relationships Deliver technical presentations to clients, project teams, and industry audiences Mentor and train junior engineers and team members Oversee quality control for engineering deliverables and ensure design accuracy Key Skills & Competencies
Proven leadership and team development abilities Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit Experience with HVAC engineering calculations and performance simulation tools Qualifications
