What you will do As a Surgical Technologies Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker ST products to meet customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating product value. Systematically track territory progress, proactively communicate wins with Sales Representatives, and push yourself to exceed each goal. On site with clients, you use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and staff about proper use and maintenance. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. The role embraces a fast‑lane, purpose‑driven sales environment that makes healthcare better.

What you need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.

1‑2 years of experience in medical sales or B2B sales (preferred).

Travel requirement

Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

Physical requirements

Medium work: exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Coordination and cognitive demands: grasp by hand and meet visual, auditory discrimination, memory, reading and retention requirements.

Mental requirements

Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.

Manage time, projects, stress and conflict.

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.

Bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.

Prioritize work and keep detailed, confidential records.

Communicate and present to large groups.

Uphold unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment.

Stryker will provide

In‑house product training program.

Field‑sales training.

Competitive base/commission salary: $70,000‑$84,000 plus eligible commission and bonuses.
