Job Description Company Job Description/Day to Day Duties:
Duties and Responsibilities
Review and process initial provider enrollment applications per State requirements
Update provider changes, certifications, and license updates
Navigate multiple licensing and medical certification websites to obtain updates.
Follow up with providers on outstanding issues within contractual guidelines set by our customer.
Provides excellent customer service with professional verbal and written abilities.
Interacts with providers and coworkers in a professional manner.
Ability to identify when to elevate a documentation issue and identify the root cause.
Records calls accurately in a call tracking system and records all steps accurately in the provider’s file.
Maintains specific quality and quantity standards.
Assists providers via telephone and email to resolve credentialing and enrollment issues related to the provider file.
Qualifications Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures:
High School Diploma or GED
Provider enrollment and credentialing
MS application knowledge
