Position Overview: We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated
PRN Physical Therapist
to join our Miami team. This role is ideal for PTs who want
full control over their schedule , enjoy working independently, and value meaningful 1:1 patient care.
What “PRN Flex” Means:
Choose the weekdays you want to work.
Pick up visits based on your availability.
No minimum visit requirement.
Great for PTs seeking supplemental income or a lighter caseload.
Work within the Miami area based on your preferred territory.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
Develop and update individualized care plans.
Document visits in our user-friendly EMR.
Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based treatment.
Requirements:
Active Florida Physical Therapist license.
Home care or geriatric experience preferred (but not required).
Degree in physical therapy.
Reliable transportation.

Highly competitive per-visit rates; $72 for follow-up visits and up to $160 for evaluations.
