Pay Rate: $20.0 /hr Lodging Weekly: $854.0 /wk M&IE Weekly: $410.46 /wk Gross Weekly Pay: $1984.46 /wk Facility Details
Facility: CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center Beds: 334 Trauma: Level I EMR: Other Other Details: Weekly Pay Medical, Dental, and Vision 401k Free Professional Liability Insurance Pre-Tax Per Diem Allowance Travel, Licensure, and Certification Reimbursements Loyalty and Referral Rewards Qualifications
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year Unit Notes: BLS, ACLS, RRT or CRT required (NRP & PALS preferred) Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions BSN Required License to Submit: Yes Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC Trauma Level: 1 Care Setting: Acute Responsibilities & Work Scope
Types of patients: Adults, pediatrics, neonates (All – neonates to geriatrics) Areas covered: Inpatient – covering all areas/floors (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.) Must have skills: EKGs, bedside bronchoscopy, bedside spirometry Hospitalist or Intensivist in house 24/7: Yes Respiratory Manager/Supervisor/Lead Therapist on each shift: Lead Travel Hours: 12 hr nights, schedule 7-7, team scheduling, weekend requirements (Days: every third, Nights: every other); Holiday: rotate with perm staff; Floating: to different area throughout the hospital in RT capacity Orientation shifts: 3-12 hour shifts Equipment: Vents – Drager, Servo I, Carefusion (Heliox and NICU use only); Bipaps – Vision, V60, V30, Respironics S/T; High flow – Airvo2 Other Important Notes
Radius Rule: 50 miles. Candidate may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care – refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract.
