Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site assessments of existing boiler systems and repair needs
Prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, subcontracting, and equipment
Review job specifications and identify risks, code requirements, and safety considerations
Collaborate with internal teams to support project planning and customer communication
Qualifications
3–5 years of estimating experience (boiler repair or mechanical contracting preferred)
Hands‑on background in boiler installation, repair, or maintenance
Strong understanding of fuel systems (oil, gas, dual‑fuel) and combustion equipment
Knowledge of steel and cast‑iron boilers, piping systems, and related components
Familiarity with ASME and NBIC codes, plus local building and safety regulations
Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
