Pay: $35 – $38/hr (Based on experience) + a sign‑on bonus + performance bonus incentives!
Sign‑on Bonus: Receive $2,000 when hired, another $2,000 after 6 months, and an additional $2,000 after 1 year
Performance Bonus: Earn up to $2,500 quarterly when project deadlines are met
1st Shift Hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday

What We’re Looking For:
A highly skilled mechanic with 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
Management background.
Solid understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to troubleshoot and perform repairs.
Experience with diagnostic systems and preventative maintenance.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to workplace safety.
A punctual, reliable work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
What You’ll Do:
Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections on a variety of heavy equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components using diagnostic tools and schematics.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all equipment is up and running efficiently and safely.
