We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) who is passionate about business development and networking within the Houston community. Our MLOs will focus on outside opportunities for their loan pipelines and earn commission based on their monthly loan volume – the earning potential for this position is unlimited! The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of one year prior residential mortgage sales and origination experience. In addition, they must maintain current "eligible status" on the Mortgage Loan Officer designation through NMLS (National Mortgage Licensing System) and report any abnormal situations regarding their designation to their supervisor. Generate new business opportunities in the Houston area, maintain loan pipelines, and maximize loan volume to earn commissions. Manage and maintain eligibility status with NMLS, report abnormal situations, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Qualifications
High school education or GED or better in General Studies. Bachelor's degree or better in other fields (Preferred). Minimum one year prior residential mortgage sales and origination experience. Current "eligible status" on the Mortgage Loan Officer designation through NMLS. Excellent oral communication skills (Expert). Strong initiative (Expert). Benefits
