Treasury Management Relationship Specialist
Join our Treasury Management team as a Relationship Specialist! This position is great for someone who has commercial or retail banking experience and would like to expand their career.
Responsibilities
Maintain and grow client relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Work directly with clients, sales teams, and officers to identify opportunities and ensure the best fit in terms of account types, products, or additional services.
Answer questions or inquiries from commercial deposit and treasury management clients and resolve client issues.
Maintain analysis and identify additional client needs for escalation to Treasury Management Processors and the sales team.
Provide treasury management support, including assisting clients with questions regarding business products and services, and providing training.
Qualifications
Higher education in business or a finance-related field is preferred.
One to two years of commercial or retail banking experience.
Sound knowledge of deposit products, online banking services, accounts receivables, bank operations, and accounting.
Self-starter with the ability to perform duties and make decisions with little supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, professional attitude, confidentiality, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
