This full‑time, non‑exempt, benefits‑eligible position focuses on driving visitation and telling Filoli’s story online. The role is onsite with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Base pay range $34.00/hr – $37.00/hr
Responsibilities
Daily deployment, maintenance, and optimization of content across website, email, and paid media platforms.
Email & Web Execution: Build and deploy promotional campaigns and regular communications using Constant Contact and WordPress (BBWP).
Paid Media Operations: Upload campaigns and manage tagging and tracking across digital advertising platforms to ensure accurate reporting of ROAS and ROI.
Content Creation: Use Adobe Products (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) to quickly create and version digital creative assets for the web and ads, adhering to brand standards.
Optimization & Data: Test and optimize performance across all channels, using Google Analytics and other tools to gather data on website performance.
Digital Consistency: Ensure the presence across external digital listings (like Google Business Profile) is always accurate and consistent.
Who You Are & What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with digital design, website development, and campaign execution.
Technical Toolbox:
Strong working knowledge of WordPress (CMS).
Proficiency in Adobe Products (Photoshop required; Premiere Pro a plus).
Experience with email platforms (Constant Contact preferred) and web e-commerce development (knowledge of Blackbaud Altru a plus).
Expertise in setting up campaign tracking, tags, and URLs for Google Analytics.
Mindset: Highly accountable, attentive to detail (error rates, broken links), and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks from concept to launch.
