Join our team as a Market Development Representative at Sazerac Company. As part of our global spirit business, you will drive volume and distribution for our flagship brands across grocery, convenience, and liquor stores in the designated territory. Company Overview

Drive volume and distribution goals in assigned off‑premise accounts (grocery, convenience, liquor stores). Craft and implement innovative solutions to grow market share for assigned brands. Use consumer and category trends to educate customers, solve challenges, and increase sales. Lead in‑store merchandising, display, and promotional execution with distributors. Achieve volume objectives for core brands in the Sazerac portfolio. Execute strategic programs targeting distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotion. Build mutually valuable relationships with customers, wholesalers, and internal teams. Serve as the primary communication link between key customers, wholesalers, and the internal dream team. Track and report on key performance indicators to meet and exceed goals. Job responsibilities may vary by state based on regulatory requirements. Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol‑beverage or CPG industries; college graduates required to have a sales/marketing internship or full/part‑time sales role (preferably in CPG) and/or sales competition experience. Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals. Technical savvy: demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive results, identify market trends, and produce measurable outcomes. Valid driver’s license; able to travel within the assigned territory. Flexible to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends. Reside in or near the territory. Ability to cover ordinary and essential business expenses, which will be reimbursed promptly. Required to obtain a solicitor’s permit in any state. Culture and Benefits
