The Compliance Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Electronically review the applicant/resident files via a web-based system to insure adherence to applicable federal and state program regulations for affordable housing programs. Attention to detail, time management and decision making skills are important traits to be a successful compliance specialist. Experience in LIHTC affordable housing industry required.
