An office rental company is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and occupancy growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can also execute hands‑on marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase occupancy
Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, email campaigns, social media, and online listings
Oversee branding, messaging, and positioning across all marketing materials
Coordinate marketing campaigns in support of the sales team and leasing efforts
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lead generation metrics
Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, and marketing partners
Ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect available inventory and offerings
Identify new marketing opportunities, platforms, and partnerships
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, office rentals, or a related industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Creative mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
