What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the lead processor for the Records Office, ensuring accuracy in reporting to various agencies
Provide accurate data entry related to student withdrawal processes and schedule building
Assist with end-of-term processing, including final grades and academic standing reporting
Develop and maintain relationships across departments to support compliance and data integrity
Provide processing related to study abroad and other academic functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate’s degree
Three years’ experience in Records, Registrar, Admissions, or Enrollment Services
Two years’ experience with Ellucian Banner software
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively
Strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Five years’ experience in Records, Registrar, Admissions, or Enrollment Services
