We’re looking for a savvy, multifaceted marketer who thrives in a fast-paced personal care brand. This role is perfect for someone who can wear many hats, move seamlessly between creative and analytical work, and support cross-functional teams to drive brand growth. Key Responsibilities

Capture high-quality in-house photography for products and marketing assets, and edit images for web and social media use. Lead email marketing efforts, including designing campaigns, building automation workflows, and analyzing performance. Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels. Manage backend marketing systems, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making. Take initiative to research, learn, and implement new marketing tools, technologies, and best practices. Execute marketing campaigns independently, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and brand guidelines. Perform administrative tasks for the Marketing Manager, including website upkeep, ensuring product description consistency, and maintaining/creating marketing documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. What You Bring

1–3+ years of marketing experience; beauty, skincare, or wellness background is a plus. Strong balance of creative and analytical skill sets.
