Your role As a true
ambassador of Akkodis , you will act as the central link between our client, our internal teams and our strategic vision. You combine business acumen with relationship management and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities include
Building trusted partnerships Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Driving client success Ensure client satisfaction by delivering solutions aligned with their business objectives and strategic challenges.
Owning performance Monitor commercial performance (P&L, forecasts, KPIs) and proactively anticipate future needs.
Accelerating growth Identify new opportunities and collaborate closely with recruitment, delivery, sales and global teams to bring them to life.
Managing complexity with confidence Handle sensitive or complex situations with professionalism, agility and foresight.
Your profile
You are fluent in
French, English and Dutch
in a professional environment.
You have
proven experience
in Key Account Management or strategic account leadership.
You are a
strong communicator and influencer , comfortable engaging at senior level and telling a compelling business story.
You thrive in a
results-driven environment , managing complex contracts while keeping a clear view on outcomes.
Your strengths include
active listening, negotiation and impactful presentations .
You hold a
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Business, Sales or a related field and have solid financial awareness.
Experience in
Life Sciences or the pharmaceutical sector , as well as familiarity with project- or service-based delivery models.
