The Social Media Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, creation, and day-to-day management of Scrub Daddy’s social media presence. This role focuses on driving traffic to Scrub Daddy’s website and social platforms, increasing brand engagement and loyalty, and delivering high-quality, platform-native content that reflects the brand’s personality and business goals.
This is an onsite position based in Pennsauken, NJ (a short drive from Philadelphia, PA). Remote candidates will not be considered.

Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with product launches and promotions Set measurable goals and report on performance and ROI Monitor trends and platform updates Concept, create, edit, and publish short-form video, graphics, photography, and written content Create platform-native content tailored to each channel Experiment with new creative formats and storytelling styles Ensure all content meets brand standards Manage daily engagement and respond to comments and messages Monitor audience sentiment and elevate issues as needed Partner with customer service and PR teams Track social, SEO, and web traffic metrics Use insights to improve content and strategy Required Skills & Abilities
Strong content creation skills across text, image, and video Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics Excellent communication and organizational skills Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; 3–5 years of Social Media Manager experience required and may be considered in place of a degree Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
