Key Responsibilities
Establish and optimize the production pipeline for efficient workflows
Develop and manage departmental budgets for each episode
Collaborate with production staff to ensure episodes remain within scope and budget constraints
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in animation production or a similar role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience in budget and scope management
Proficiency in shot production management software, e.g., Autodesk Flow (Shotgrid)
Experience working in a Toon Boom Harmony pipeline
