Job Schedule: Full time

Weekly Hours: 40.00

Salary Range: $19.00 – $30.50 per hour

Job Overview Provide event planning, coordination, implementation, and execution for multiple types of events for corporate or Sanford Sports Complex events. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing budgets and timelines, and working with internal stakeholders to determine venues and business requirements. Collaborate with operational partners and vendors to ensure delivery of event elements, facilitate negotiation and execution of vendor contracts, and support the events manager in creating innovative and memorable event experiences. Duties also involve reviewing program materials, setting up and breaking down event areas, and sampling products on scheduled event days. Regional focus may require travel to manage large‑scale events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business required.

Experience in events or project management preferred.
